Carglass trusts The Reference
The Reference chose to build the site on the powerful content management system “Sitecore Experience Management Platform”. It will allow the Carglass marketing team to manage content with unparalleled flexibility, in a user-friendly and stable environment, and thus create compelling online experiences for visitors. In addition, a monitoring system will ensure the availability of the appointment scheduling tool at all times. This functionality was apparently a key criterion for Carglass® and weighed in the decision. In the event of a broken window, customers must be able to get help as quickly as possible.
The fully responsive website will ensure a quality experience, regardless of the device (desktop or laptop, tablet or smartphone) used by the customer when contacting Carglass to schedule a repair. The site will be hosted on Microsoft Azure and will have managed services and 24/7 support from The Reference.
