Belgian start-up Teamleader raises 10 million euros

Belgian start-up Teamleader, founded on university benches by Jeroen De Wit, Willem Delbare and Mathias De Loore, has just closed a €10 million Series B fundraising round, led by their previous investor Fortino Capital.

Teamleader’s cloud-based platform helps SMEs go digital by offering an integrated solution including CRM, invoicing, project management and customer support.

Since the first structure launched in 2008 and the launch of the final product in 2012, Teamleader has come a long way. Two funding rounds preceded this one, which now brings their total amount raised to €13.5 million.

Teamleader has now opened offices in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, in addition to the one based here. France and Italy are next on the list of the start-up, which will continue its expansion serenely after the closing of this round of funding, which is among the top 10 fundraisings for a Belgian start-up.
