Is Pokémon Go Ending Time?

After the wave of enthusiasm in July, the game developed by Niantic is seriously starting to run out of steam with the loss of 15 million players in one month.

100 million downloads a few days after its release. 5 records in the Guinness Book in mid-August. Despite appearances, the Pokémon Go phenomenon has recently been in decline. In one month, the game went from around 45 million to 30 million trainers; the community has therefore shrunk by a third! This decline can be explained by the time needed to progress in the game.

Niantic’s misfortune delights social networks because Pokémon Go has, since its launch, seriously caused its audience to drop to the point of jeopardizing its annual objectives. The creator of the game, John Hanke, remains confident and announces the upcoming release of several new features that will please users.

It remains to be seen how long Pokémon Go will remain one of the most downloaded apps on the App Store.
