Showpad Raises Record $50 Million in Funding
The Series C investment comes after Showpad’s rapid global customer growth and geographic expansion, with the company more than doubling its revenue over the past four years.
With hundreds of customers worldwide, including BNP Paribas, Saint Gobain, Johnson & Johnson, bioMérieux, Econocom and Kimberly-Clark, Showpad helps many companies leverage the power of their content. The Showpad platform is now focused on sales and marketing productivity.
“Analysts estimate that 60-70% of an organization’s content is never used, largely because it is inefficiently organized or deemed irrelevant. We built Showpad to solve this problem by creating a single platform that increases efficiency, making access to enterprise content easier, more fluid, shareable, and measurable for business impact,” said Pieterjan Bouten, co-CEO and co-founder of Showpad.
Showpad also announced today the launch of two new products to distribute content from Gmail and a CRM, further strengthening its offering.
